Both you and your employer need to notify us of any upcoming or known changes in circumstances regarding your job, including if you are leaving.
If you leave your company, let us know through the app. We’ll work with your employer to update your account.
We currently only offer Openwage to employees of companies that have signed up to Openwage. If your new company hasn't signed up with us yet, we can't continue to offer you on-demand pay. You can refer your new employer and once they sign up we'll be back in business!
Your new employer will need to be signed up to Openwage for you to continue accessing your on-demand pay in your new job. If they haven’t signed up to Openwage then you can tell them about us. You can do this by referring your employer. You can do this anonymously if you’d prefer.
